Summary
We are looking for an experienced lead deckhand/carpenter for a 100m+ M/Y. They are a worldwide cruising itinerary, currently in the Caribbean.
The successful candidate must have exceptional carpentry skills and be confident working independently as you will be in charge of managing projects and deadlines yourself.
We are looking for someone who has been in the industry for a minimum of 2 years with excellent longevity. You will need to have worked in a position on the same vessel for at least a year to be considered for the role.
Large tender driving experience would be a bonus.
Requirements:
· Carpentry qualification or proven experience
· Deckhand experience on 75m+ M/Y minimum
· Experience with large tenders
· Min 1 year in same role
· 2/3+ years in yachting as a deckhand
· Yachtmaster Offshore or Nav Watch rating
· B1/B2 & Schengen visa’s in hand

· 3:1 (3 months on, 1 months off)
