Faststream Yacht Crew is excited to present the opportunity for a Lead Deckhand to join a highly desirable 90m+ Sail yacht. The vessel is currently located in the Caribbean and is operating on a dual season running a private/charter program.
This yacht runs a busy private and charter program, boasting an active itinerary. The vessel provides the chance to become part of a well-established program, offering the opportunity to gain knowledge from a seasoned and enthusiastic team.
This opportunity is tailored for a seasoned Deckhand with 2+ years experience in the industry, poised for their next career challenge.
To be considered you must hold the following:
- Yachtmaster Offshore and PB level II
- Valid STCW documentation, seagoing medical and B1B2 visa.
- Strong experience in driving large tenders.
- Be keen and eager to learn and have a drive to succeed.
- Be available to join immediately.
In return, the yacht will offer:
- €4000 per month (with an increase to €4500 when covering for Bosun 3 months a year)
- 5:1 rotation
- Full medical insurance
- Training and progression opportunities
