We are looking for an experienced Lead Deckhand to join our team on board a Private 50m MY
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Lead Deckhand ready to step into a leadership role, covering for the Bosun while they are on leave.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the yachting industry
- Proven leadership skills at a Lead Deckhand or Bosun level
- Strong tender driving ability, particularly with a 40ft chase boat
- Ability to hit the ground running and support the team effectively
This is not a stepping-up role; we are seeking a confident and experienced deckhand who can take on the responsibility immediately.
Position Details:
- Rotation: 3:1 (filling in for Bosun)
- Salary: $5,000 per month
- Bonus: Discretionary 13th-month bonus
- Itinerary: Dual Season
- Start Date: Beginning March 2025
