- Well rounded, career minded LEAD DECKHAND to join a Charter/Private New Build 41m MY.
- Minimum 3 years in the industry.
- Preferible with longevity on previous yachts
- Good solid references that can be verified. (Please add your Captain’s phone numbers).
- Good tender driving skills needed. Bright new twin screw 40ft chase tender.
- Well organized and good with computers to run work flow digitally.
- Good with watersports and
- Good product knowledge + deck maintenance & painting and general repairs
Short single season of 2-3 months for a quiet family and friends.
Winters in Italy and probably change country in the coming years.
We are working to deliver a new build 60MY in the next 2-3 years and ideally move the team to the newer vessel so ONLY looking for crew who wants to build up longevity.
Package: Permanent position with MLC SEA, crew insurance, standard industry salary, annual bonus, 3,5 days/month paid leave.
