Summary
We are looking for a Lead Deckhand for a 45m+ Private Classic S/Y.
-Permanent position to start ASAP.
-Itinerary: Bahamas and USA
-Candidates should have strong sailing experience and ideally have YM in hand.
-Minimum of 1 year experience on sailing vessels 30m+
-Looking for a hard-working deckhand that is happy to take on responsibility and is dedicated to his job.
-B1B2 visa is essential.
-Total of 8 mixed nationality crew onboard.
-Should be fluent in English.
-Non-smoking vessel.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA
