Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Captain for a 45m Motor Yacht.
Leave: 90 days per annum

Salary: 11,000 euros - 13, 000 euros DoE
Location: Vessel currently in Sint Maarten
Qualification required: Master 3000
We are looking for someone who is going to commit to the position and stay for years (not months). This is a permanent position with a long-term commitment from both the owner and crew. Longevity is highly valued by the owner, and we are looking for someone to truly invest in this role and the yacht's success.
Ideal candidate would be a Chief Officer looking to step up, English mother tongue and in their thirties.

- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse crew, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with owners, guests, and crew members.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of yacht systems, maintenance, and operations.
- Computers & Software: Proficient in using yachting-related software, navigation systems, and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage budgets, crew schedules, and logistical planning for voyages.
- Mini ISM Knowledge: Understanding of the International Safety Management (ISM) Code and ability to implement its guidelines for operational excellence.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to address challenges quickly and effectively.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to understand and respect cultural diversity, creating a welcoming and harmonious environment for the crew and guests.
