RUSSIAN SPEAKING BUTLER NEEDED FOR 120m+ NEW BUILD MOTOR YACHT

A prestigious and luxurious 120-metre plus motor yacht is seeking a professional and experienced Russian-Speaking Butler to join their elite team.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring that all needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail. This includes greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and providing personalised service to enhance their comfort and overall experience.
Dining responsibilities involve setting up and serving meals with impeccable etiquette, assisting in food and wine pairings, and maintaining the highest standards of table service. Additionally, the butler will play a key role in coordinating special events, overseeing service during gatherings, and ensuring seamless execution.
Beyond guest-facing responsibilities, the butler will act as a concierge, handling reservations, arranging shore excursions, and managing external requests with discretion and confidentiality. Collaboration with heads of departments is also crucial for maintaining smooth yacht operations and upholding the highest service standards.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken Russian, with strong proficiency in English. Previous experience as a butler in luxury environments such as yachts, private residences, or five-star hospitality settings is required. A deep understanding of etiquette, luxury service, and high-end customer care is essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with high-profile guests.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:
- STCW/ENG1 will be a bonus but not essential
- Must be a Russian Speaker, with proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge of etiquette, hospitality, and high-end customer service
- Previous experience as a butler in luxury yachts, private residences, or five-star hospitality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with department heads to ensure smooth operations
- Longevity with excellent references
