AV/IT Officer

Summary

Rotational AVIT - Private 70m + MY (HD-3982)

• Start date: 8^th of April   
• Location: Middle East / Europe
• Package: Salary in Euros, 176 paid days leave - 8 weeks on/8 weeks off 

Experience and attributes required:

·        2 years as a minimum – Ideally 50m +

·        IT Support: Kerio firewall, Cisco Networking Essentials, Window servers and systems, Cisco WLC and access points, CCTV skills, Exchange Server, BONDTM AV Course, BONDTM IT Course, Marine VSAT and TVRO training, Veeam backups and VMware.

·        AV Support: Control 4 AV, Apple skills, Plex servers. Basic ETO skills. Electrical skills.

·        Team player, keen to learn. Experience with shipyard projects is a plus.

·        Willing to also engage in other engineering tasks and duties

·        Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with other crew members.

Qualifications required:

• AVIT qualifications building towards CoC would be a plus
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
• STCW
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Seaman’s Discharge Book
• Covid vaccinated with Booster as clients request
