Summary

CHEF REQUIRED | 

We are looking for a star Charter/Private sole chef for an 80ft Sunreef Power Catamaran. Seasonal position with the potential to become permanent, starting early April in New Zealand before crossing to Fiji early May for the Winter season.

Galley is open plan in the heart of the salon. The chef must be confident in their ability to keep an upbeat attitude throughout their time on board as well as keep a meticulously tidy working space. Clean, healthy and seafood forward menus required, no fine dining but top end presentation expected. 

Preference given to NZ or AU residents who are already located in the South Pacific, active, healthy & water-sports oriented, ideally with remote provisioning experience. 

- Full time, seasonal role

- Salary DOE, min 3yrs+ experience required
