Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join our team. This is a permanent position, with the opportunity to move onto an equal rotational schedule at the end of the year . While your primary responsibility will be electrical and electronic systems, we are seeking someone who is also willing to assist with general engineering tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the vessel when required. The vessel is currently in the middle of a huge extension project, expected to leave dry dock in early 2026. Iconic project to add on your CV & upon completion will become a world travelling vessel.
Contract: Permanent, transitioning to equal rotation at the end of the year
Salary : TBD depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems onboard, including automation, power distribution, and communication systems.
Assist the engineering team with mechanical maintenance and repairs when required.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company standards.
Work closely with the Chief Engineer and other departments to optimise vessel operations.
Keep accurate records of maintenance, spares, inspections, and repairs.
Qualifications & Experience
ETO CoC (Electro-Technical Officer Certificate of Competency) or equivalent certification.
Experience with modern vessel electrical, automation, and control systems.
Basic knowledge of IT and networking.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to assist with mechanical and engineering tasks.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
STCW certifications and valid ENG1 medical.
