Summary

Private motor yacht seeking a seasonal deckhand. The role will involve a painting, fairing and varnishing during a maintenance period before the start of the summer season, so knowledge of such work and Awlgrip products is beneficial. The cruising season will require the successful candidate to possess strong tender driving skills with outboards, a good eye for detailing and wash downs and sound knowledge of teak cleaning. Team work and a flexible attitude are expected. Experience with tender launching, anchoring and mooring operations is advantageous. High standards for behaviour, punctuality and maturity are required along with a willingness to learn and progress.
