Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Lead Deckhand for a busy Private M/Y. The Lead Deckhand should be fully confident in driving large tenders in all types of weather conditions as they will be the main tender driver from time to time. They should be proficient in water sports and they need to be safety orientated. The Lead Deckhand should have good time management, have shipyard experience and have brilliant communication skills. Someone who has a positive attitude and is career driven will be welcomed to the team. Excellent references are essential and proven longevity will be valued.
