Summary

Looking for an individual willing to commit long term onboard. Our team shows great longevity, and this is due to great owners, good perks and a busy schedule. This will be a great fit for someone wanting to progress in the industry and work their way up as we like to promote from within the team.

Salary is based on experience, leave 45 days and will go to 52 days after a successful annual review. Bonus structure is based on based on performance and longevity. Staring date 1 March 2025

You need to have the following,

-B1B2 visa and Schengen or passport to enter Europe

-STCW and refresher

-Valid ENG1 for a minimum of 6 months

-Seamans Discharge Book

-Yacht Rating endorsed or Yacht Masters.

- AEC

-PWC Instructors is a bonus

-Diving Experience is beneficial

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
  • STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
  • MCA Yacht Rating Certificate
Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
  • MCA Approved Engine Course (AEC 1 & 2) Certificate
