Start date: Starting 15th -30th March and joining in Palma, Spain or around 14th April in FTL, USA.
Itinerary: Palma, S. Florida, NYC - US next two years
License: NONE - solid culinary skills
Requirements: Ideally Culinary trained, culinary qualifications/ courses, strong restaurant background.
- Preferably 2+ years as sole chef experience on 40m+ yachts
Enjoys cooking for owner, guests and crew. Well plated and varied menu.

STCW + Refresher
B1/B2 visa or US passport / green card / US work permit
Passport (all valid at least 1+ years)
Job specifics: The individual must be self-motivated, very clean, trustworthy and flexible, work well with others, be a good listener and team player. Good provisioning skills, nicely plated meals, healthy choices and a variety of cuisines. Someone that truly loves to cook. Galley was completely renovated 2 years ago. Everything is brand new. It’s a good size galley and easy to work in.
- 7 crew ( Captain, C/O, Deckhand, C/E, C/S, Stewardess, Chef ) - South African, Spanish..........
- British owners ( very healthy orientated )
- Will be cooking for 8 guests and 6 crew. Light program with short weekend trips. One long trip in August.( NE Coast of USA ) Expertise of vegetarian, vegan, low fat, low carb and healthy food.
