This 54m vessel is currently looking for a sous chef to join them onboard in April. The ideal candidate will have a solid land based chef background, and have no ego. The head chef has made it clear that he is not interested in Michelin Star candidates, but prefers candidates who have worked in a variety of land based jobs and who has a real passion for making people happy with food. The vessel is both private and charter, and currently has 2 charters book with repeat guests. 1 family always comes onboard for 3 weeks and the other family for 1 week. Obviously the vessel is still currently taking other charter bookings to. The owners normally only use the vessel for roughly a month when there are no charters booked. The vessels plan is to go to the Monaco boat show, and then get prepared for a long charter and boss on Med season. Crew currently based in Europe or the UK will get priority for this role. Candidates who are available pretty much straight need only apply.
