The Role:
As a Naval Architect, you’ll play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining the organisation’s fleet and associated equipment. Working alongside multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll be responsible for:
Providing technical expertise in stability, structures, and human factors for all floating assets.Supporting new vessel construction and ongoing fleet maintenance.Developing innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions.Liaising with boatyards, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.Undertaking technical investigations, troubleshooting, trials, and data analysis.Ensuring compliance with internal engineering and asset management (EAM) standards.What We’re Looking For:Degree in Naval Architecture (RINA accredited or equivalent, Level 5+).2-3 years’ experience working as a Naval Architect.A problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.Why Apply?
