Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Permanent (due to cabin restrictions) ***MALE*** Chef for a 30m Private/Charter Motor Yacht based in Europe. As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation on board. The ideal candidate should possess a creative flair and the ability to cater to diverse culinary tastes, ensuring high-quality meals that meet the expectations of guests. You will maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, manage inventory, and work closely with the yacht's crew to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Proven experience as a Sole Chef, ideally on 30m+ yachts with charter experience
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to create diverse and appealing menus
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
