Burgess Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking a Chief Steward(ess) to join a great team onboard a 50m yacht.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Chief Steward(ess) to join a 50m private yacht. We are also open to 2nd stews with strong leadership qualities looking for an opportunity to step into a more senior role, or locally based Chief Stews.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Valid STCW, ENG1, F&H 2
• Great leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the interior team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Excellent service and communication skills
• Must be proactive, outgoing and have a positive attitude
Start date: ASAP
Location: Monaco
Salary: EUR 7000+ DOE
Leave: 60 Days
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private, single season, based in Monaco. Family orientated vessel with great owners
