Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a top-tier household; formal butler training from a recognized institution is essential. Culinary training or extensive experience with Mediterranean cuisine is highly preferred.
Hours & Benefits:
Full-Time: This is a long-term role, with the expectation of a 10+ years commitment.

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Modern Butler who will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining the operations of a new private estate in Los Angeles. With a completion and move-in date anticipated in June 2025, we are seeking to identify, onboard, and integrate the ideal candidate as soon as possible and well in-advance of move-in to ensure a seamless transition into a new household.
This unique period presents a valuable opportunity for the selected butler to familiarize themselves with client\'s objectives, preferences, and standards by serving in their present household pre move-in, and understand their expectations and objectives for the new estate, as well as to develop a comprehensive operational plan. They envision the butler taking a leading role in coordinating and establishing household operations, recruiting and training additional staff, and creating a structured yet refined service environment. Their role will also include assisting with the transition from construction and interior design teams, managing the move-in, identifying and training staff and vendors, and laying the foundation for an orderly, efficient, and elegant household.
To ensure the long-term stability of our household, we are specifically interested in candidates who have a deep commitment to service, ideally with 10+ years of tenure potential. We seek individuals trained in either British or Italian service traditions who bring a blend of formality, warmth, and professionalism to our home. Candidates with a strong service history in ultra-high-net-worth households, alongside relevant technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, would be especially well-suited for this role.
