Crew Chef/Galley Hand - Private 70m Support Vessel

Experience/attributes required:
Minimum 1-2 years experience. No yachting experience necessary.
A team player, willing to assist the head chef and sous chef as well as working on the main vessel during guest trips with crew food preparation, washing up, cleaning duties and keeping fridges and dry stores clean.
The position is split between working on both the support yacht and guest yacht galley's as required by the Head Chef. You will be assisting with crew meal preparation, galley cleaning and generally maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene within the galley.
Flexible and willing to adapt to changing schedules including leave rotations.
Qualifications required:
Culinary Training
STCW (fully updated) with PSA
Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
Seafarer's Discharge Book (preferable)
Food Safety & Hygiene L2 Certificate
B1B2 preferred
