Yacht Master Offshore Sail & descent sailing experience required. 

Preferably English as native language.

Private boat, good guest time balance 

Currently based in Barcelona, summer itinerary includes Scotland & Greece

9 full time crew, (UK, SA & IT)

Salary dependant on experience.
