Summary
Looking for a very experienced sole chef for a two month relief period to start 23rd March 2024. (Will be a handover of one day with the current Chef prior to vacation)
Galley is very well equipped & functional
Responsibilities:
Provisioning of all food items
Guest & crew meals & nutrition
Excellent food safety, storage and sanitary standards (Galley and all associated areas must be maintained to the highest standards)

Vast knowledge of produce, nutrition, diets and allergies, food safety & storage (usually
Ability to provision to a budget
Elaborate cuisine to include light fresh produce
Menu planning, varied repertoire (will be expected to discuss menus proposals directly with owners)
Excellent creativity and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills & positive attitude
Very organized, time management & adaptability
Leadership and team management skills
Good crew onboard (no dramas)
Very nice owners and guests
