Summary
65m + New build seeking a well rounded classically trained head chef for a seasonal position on a private yacht.
The successful candidate must have proven experience on similar sized vessels, they will be comfortable cooking for 16x crew + 12x guests, managing all galley operations, small teams, budgets and doing accounts.
They should have a well rounded repertoire and have an open minded approach to cooking healthy, nutritious meals, on top of all the usual staples.
The position will suite someone with:
