Deckhand

Summary

80m+ German built Charter Motor Yacht seeking a Temporary experienced Deckhand Male due to cabin arrangements.

This position is for 3 months Starting ASAP. This position does have the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

Vessel is currently in the Caribbean and will cross back to Europe beginning of April where the vessel will carry out some pre-summer season works and then straight into a charter season early May.

Package:

-         Salary DOE

-         1 return flight

-         Full health and Dental insurance

-         Share of the tips from any charter whilst onboard

Requirements:

-         At least 1 year experience on vessels over 50m

-         Male due to cabin arrangements

-         No Visible tattoos  

-         True Non-Smoker / Vapour

-         Required visas to work in Europe and Caribbean.

-         Valid ENG1 medical or equivalent approved.

-         Valid STCW certificates

-         PWC License

-         PBL2

-         Yacht Master Offshore would be an advantage

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Yacht Rating Certificate

RYA Qualifications

• RYA Personal Watercraft Proficiency (PWC)
• RYA Powerboat Level 2
