Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 50m New Build yacht
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chief steward(ess) to join a dynamic team on a new build yacht currently under construction in Italy with delivery scheduled for mid-August 2025
Requirements:
- Prior Chief Steward(ess) experience on similar sized vessel - the ideal candidate is a seasoned, organized and efficient interior leader with a calm demeanour.
- Career-oriented, passionate professional able to assist in the final stages of the build and create a harmonious environment onboard, while maintaining a healthy balance between work and a relaxed family atmosphere.
- Schengen visa
Outdoors enthusiast and critical thinkers are encouraged to apply.
Additional languages are advantageous.
Start date: Mid-April
Location: Italy
Salary: EUR 6500 per month
Leave: 60 days per year
Shore side accommodation and per diem are provided until delivery. Remuneration will be based on experience and in line with industry standards.
Vessel Program and itinerary: The yacht will be private for the first season before moving into a Private/Charter schedule. Dual season for the first couple of years, then more remote destinations thereafter.
