Faststream Yacht Crew is excited to present an opportunity for a seasoned Chief Steward/ess to join a highly desirable 100m yacht based in the EU, operating on a private worldwide programme.
This is an incredible role for a motivated Chief Steward/ess who is keen and capable of growing and nurturing her interior team during the final stages of the build before leading them through a busy private programme with a worldwide itinerary.
This opportunity is tailored for a seasoned Chief Steward/ess with 2-3 years of experience in the role on yachts over 70m, ready for their next career challenge.
To be considered, you must hold the following:
- Valid STCW documentation and seagoing medical
- Confidence in leading a team across both housekeeping and service
- Strong experience as a Chief Steward/ess on larger yachts
- A bubbly, nurturing personality
- Proven longevity
- Availability by early April
