Summary
- Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Service to join this fantastic, 80m, private vessel with an exciting, pacific based cruising itinerary with a 3:1 rotation
- The ideal candidate will have been a Head of Service before or a 2nd Stew with a passion for service
- Ideally candidates will hold their WSET level 2, and will have specialised service skills in things like cigar, tea, coffee and be well versed in all service styles including formal service
- Candidates must have strong leadership skills and be excited to lead the service team, including training and creating SOP’s and systems onboard.
- This is a great boat, with friendly owners and long-standing crew who are mostly sporty, easy-going and up for a laugh! They would like to someone with a similar perspective to join their close-knit crew
- The vessel is currently in Asia, they often cruise the pacific and follow a dive programme
- Start date: ASAP
- Leave: 3:1
