Job description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Stewardess from a 100m+ yacht or a 2nd Service from a 75m+ yacht who is ready to take on a larger team and step into a leadership role on a 100m+ private motor yacht.
The ideal candidate is confident in all aspects of service, including high-end meal service and guest interactions. The role requires strong leadership, team management, organizational skills, training and coaching abilities, computer literacy, inventory and uniform management, housekeeping knowledge is also expected to support the overall interior operations.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for assisting guests during emergency procedures. The candidate must be a proactive leader with a positive approach who leads by example, capable of motivating and organizing a team of 7 at a time (11 in total) while ensuring the highest standards of service. Reports to Head of service.
- Minimum 3 years yachting experience
- Strong hospitality
- Cruise ship experience (a plus)
- Strong computer literacy required
- Non-smoker
- Non visible tattoos in uniform
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19 (with booster)
- Valid Schengen visa (if applicable)
Other: 90 days trial period where leave cannot be taken. Great health insurance package.
Contract: Rotational
Leave: 120 days per year (4 months on/2 months off, subject to the vessel's operational requirements)
Salary: 4000€
