Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Captain to take command of a 45m Trinity private and charter vessel. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the yacht while delivering exceptional experiences for both owners and charter guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Command and manage the vessel, crew, and all operations onboard.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and maritime regulations.
- Oversee navigation, route planning, and the safe operation of the yacht.
- Maintain excellent communication with owners, charter clients, and crew.
- Ensure the yacht is always maintained to the highest standards.
- Lead and motivate a professional crew to provide outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Captain on similar-sized vessels.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Exceptional navigational and technical skills.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications required for the role.
