Seeking an Experienced Chief Stewardess for a Private 60-meter M/Y
Foreign flagged vessel
Will be heading to the Mediterranean for the Monaco Grand Prix this Summer (2025)
Usual base is Miami, Florida
During the peak season, the Owner typically uses the vessel every weekend, days off are usually taken during the week
The Owner usually comes onboard with no more than 5 guests
The vessel has a long-standing crew onboard and excellent leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage inventories, stock levels, and expenses
- Effectively lead and organize a team of 3 stewardesses, including rota management
- Excel in both housekeeping and guest service, ensuring every detail is handled with care
The Ideal candidate:
- Drama free and exhibits flexibility with last minute plans
- A friendly and calm person who works well as part of a team
- Someone with proven longevity in previous programs and excellent references
- Experience in provisioning worldwide and monitoring stock
- Good time management skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Stew on a 50m+ vessel
- A humble and team-oriented attitude
Required Credentials:
- STCW
- ENG1
- Food Hygiene level 2
- Relevant Visa to work in the USA and Europe
Package:
- Salary: Above Industry Standard - $TBC (-/+ DOE)
- Annual Leave is 42 days per year - Negotiable DOE

- One flight home per year
