Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stewardess for a 40m motor yacht with an exciting, fast-paced single season itinerary. The role includes cruising Southern Italy, the Eastern Med, Balearics, UK, and Baltic. This is a seasonal position, with the opportunity to turn permanent for the right candidate. The yacht is owned by a very large, multi-generational family, so the ability to adapt to each family member’s needs is essential.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills.
- Fluent English (additional languages a big plus).
- Proactive, hard-working, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid STCW and relevant maritime certifications.
