Sole Chef Position - MALE
42m private motor yacht
Permanent position starting beginning of April (open to seasonal).
Must-have skills: Confident in managing the galley solo, great time management, organised and adaptable all preferences, excellent food presentation.
Guests enjoy fishing, so must be confident in tidying fillets, and creative with serving options.
The guests eat mostly American and Mediterranean style meals, but love to explore local cuisine.
You would be be joining in Florida, jumping into an Atlantic Crossing and then a Mediterranean summer season.
Must have B1/B2 & Schengen if required by passport
8 crew (NZ, Brit, SA) and up to 10 guests
Contract: Permanent or Seasonal
Experience: Open to chefs new to yachting, but must have land based experience and high-end culinary training.
