Crew Chef opportunity aboard Private 100m M/Y
Crew chef position available on a busy private Motor with International Cruising program, cooking for the Crew and assisting the Head and Sous Chef. There is room for progression in this position. The yacht is looking for candidates with high-quality restaurant background.
Start date: Early-Mid April
Itinerary: Worldwide / TBC
Salary: Salary Paid in Euros, 182.5 days leave per year
Experience/attributes required:
Michelin Restaurant background preferred
Ideally Minimum 2 years’ experience on Yachts cooking for large amounts of Crew
Ability and personal drive to provide healthy and a varied repertoire of cuisines
Ensuring galley and equipment are maintained to the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness
Ability to ensure all proficient and effective stock control with fresh and dry stock
Excellent attention to detail
Qualifications required:
Culinary trained chef - Ship's Cook preferred
STCW (fully updated)
Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
Seafarer's Medical Certificate
Seafarer's Discharge Book (preferable)
Food Safety & Hygiene L2 Certificate
B1/B2 (Highly preferred)
