Vessel has come out of a refit and needs to be made guest ready.
Could be a suitable position for someone looking to step up from Chief Officer to Captain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full command of the vessel, crew, and all onboard operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and maritime laws and regulations.
- Supervise navigation, route planning, and the overall safe operation of the yacht.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with owners, charter clients, and crew members.
- Ensure the yacht is consistently maintained to the highest standards.
- Lead and inspire a professional crew to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of maritime regulations and safety practices.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent navigational and technical expertise.
- Required certifications and qualifications for the position.
