Experienced chef required for a busy Mediterranean summer season, with the following requirements:
Previous high end restaurant experience preferred
Previous high end Superyacht chef experience a must - at least 4 years within the industry.
Different cuisine experience
Use of regional & seasonal fresh produce, experience with gluten free and allergies.
Exceptional culinary presentation
Ability to function under high pressure food preparation situations.
Qualifications - food hygiene certificate, ENG1 , STCW
Salary DOE.
