The ideal candidate must be, with a minimum of 2 full years of experience as a captain on a similar-sized yacht—this is not an entry-level position. Extensive knowledge of yacht systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting is essential, along with a strong understanding of navigation in the Aegean and Ionian seas. Candidates must uphold the highest standards of professionalism—non-drinker, non-smoker, no visible tattoos preferred.
