HEAD OF HOUSE 100M+ SY
We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join our dual season 100m+ SY light charter vessel.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in charter experience, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Sailing experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the interior housekeeping team
- Manage daily operations, training, and development
- Maintain a positive team environment
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a Head of House role previously is required
- 4+ years in a senior role on vessels 70m+
- Strong leadership and team management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Non-vaper & non-smoker
Start Date: 1st May
Leave: 3:1 rotation (must be flexible with the vessel schedule - not strict 3:1)
Salary: DOE/EUR
