We\'re seeking an experienced and organized First Mate to join a 34m private motor yacht during a short yard period at LMC.
Key Requirements:
- Proven yard period experience – hands-on, proactive, and familiar with shipyard operations
- Highly organized with excellent deck and maintenance oversight
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work closely with the Captain to ensure smooth workflow and coordination
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Valid documents and references
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys yard periods and can hit the ground running. Live-aboard position. Competitive daily rate DOE.
