Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated seasonal Sole Chef. Must have at least 2 seasons experience on yachts in a similar position. The Chef will be responsible for cooking owner/guest and crew meals. Owner likes simple but very well prepared and creatively presented meals. Classic, healthy European style food is the preference. Candidate must be able to manage and cater for occasional lunch and dinner parties. Must be well organised, professional with a high standard of cleanliness/hygiene to be kept in the galley at all times on & off trips. Able to work well in a team and plan menus and meal set ups alongside the Chief Stew. The right candidate must be happy and able to adapt to last minute itinerary changes and guest plans. Must be willing and able to assist in other departments if and when necessary. Experience on deck with fender & line handling during docking procedures is a plus.
