We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for a 50m vessel based in Turkey. The role will involve assisting the Head Chef with both crew and guest food preparation and meal service, maintaining excellent hygiene and maintenance in the Galley. The successful candidate will have previous fine dining or luxury hotel experience and at least 1 year within the yachting industry.
