Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineer for a position aboard a classic converted Canadian fishing 38m motor yacht. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified engineer. The ideal candidate is dynamic, possesses strong mechanical skills, and is comfortable working independently. A polite and humble demeanour is essential. As the sole engineer, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of all the yacht's technical systems, including engines and propulsion, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, refrigeration, AVIT, and all other mechanical equipment. You will need an engineering certification (Chief engineer III/3 <3000 KW or III3/ Y4) and excellent problem-solving skills.
We offer a temporary or permanent MLC contract with a programme that offers tours of the Arctic, they focus on science, nature, photography and discovering on this classic converted ex-fishing vessel. Salary: 350 euros per day
