Job Specifics:
We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Sous Chef to join the team on Wheels. The ideal candidate must have experience in high-level kitchens, working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism. This role requires someone who can work seamlessly with the team, bring creativity and efficiency to the galley, and handle the dynamic nature of a busy charter program.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in top-tier restaurants, hotels, or private estates
- Drama-free, adaptable, and a strong team player
- Highly versatile with the ability to adjust menus and styles as needed
- At least one previous yacht position is required
- Strong time-management skills
Salary range: €4,500 per month, increasing to €5,000 after three successful months on board
Leave Rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off
