We're looking for a vibrant 2nd Stewardess to bring enthusiasm and top-tier service to our dynamic interior team aboard a fabulous 65m+ dual-season motor yacht! Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Provide impeccable service during meals and beverages, including bartending and fine dining experiences. Ensure guests' needs are anticipated and met with professionalism and discretion.
Housekeeping: Maintain and detail guest cabins and common areas to the highest standards. This includes daily cleaning, turn-down services, and ensuring all areas are pristine.
Inventory Management: Help maintain inventories of interior supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products. Ensure timely replenishment and stock rotation.
Event Assistance: Support the planning and execution of guest events and themed evenings, ensuring all details align with guest expectations and yacht standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Stewardess and other interior staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide training and guidance to junior stews as needed.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory logs, guest preference sheets, and interior manuals.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role on yachts of comparable size or in luxury hospitality establishments.
Certifications: Valid STCW95 certification and ENG1 medical certificate. Additional certifications in wine service or bartending are advantageous.
Service Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in silver service, bartending, and high-end guest interactions.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to housekeeping and presentation, ensuring the yacht's interior meets the highest standards.
Team Player: Ability to work harmoniously within a team, exhibiting flexibility and a positive attitude.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
