We’re looking for someone with a sales background or yachting experience, strong people skills, and a passion for the yachting industry. If you have a keen eye for talent and love connecting people with amazing opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the client's hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific superyacht industry roles.
- Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and database.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes to ensure a deep understanding of the superyacht industry's talent landscape.
Requirements:
- Exceptional research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and techniques, including social media platforms, Boolean search, and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
