Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bosun to join a 45m Charter Motor Yacht.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the boat's cleanliness, assisting with docking and anchoring procedures, ensuring the safety of all passengers on board, and assisting the interior team from time to time. The role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a team environment and can take direction effectively. This position presents an excellent opportunity for those looking to further their careers in the maritime sector.

- EU citizen or Schengen visa in hand
- Based in the Europe
- Fluent English (Additional languages are a plus)
- Qualification - Yacht Master Offshore or higher
- STCW (fully updated)
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate
- Seaman's Discharge Book (preferable)
- Valid Driving License
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Lead Deckhand or Bosun.
- At least 3 year of experience in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of boating safety regulations and practices.
- Team player and happy to work between the deck and Interior.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks associated with the role.
- Proficient in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the vessel.
- Valid STCW and ENG1.
