division, we are seeking an experienced CCO to lead yacht sales, charter, and Central Agency (CA) management, driving business growth and overseeing our commercial team.
The Role
As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be responsible for large yacht sales and charter, expanding our Central Agency (CA) listings, and overseeing the commercial team. This role demands an industry leader with a proven track record in yacht sales and charter, a strong client network, and the ability to scale a business independently. You will be expected to bring your own client book and generate new leads while optimizing the team’s performance through structured reporting and commercial strategy. This is a long-term strategic leadership position with significant growth potential within MyOcean.
Key Responsibilities
Yacht Sales & Central Agency (CA) Development
-Lead MyOcean’s yacht sales strategy, securing large yacht sales and high-value brokerage deals.
-Expand and manage Central Agency (CA) listings for sales & charter, securing exclusive yachts under MyOcean’s representation.
-Work directly with UHNW clients, yacht owners, and industry stakeholders to drive sales.
-Develop high-impact sales and marketing strategies to increase CA listings and yacht transactions.
Yacht Charter & Revenue Growth
-Oversee the charter division, optimizing MyOcean’s presence in the yacht charter market.
-Bring and manage a personal network of charter clients and yacht owners to drive high-value bookings.
-Develop repeat business strategies to ensure long-term client retention.
-Expand MyOcean’s charter fleet through CA acquisitions and strong owner relationships.
Commercial Strategy & Team Management
-Build and lead the commercial team, setting clear KPIs and structuring sales & charter reporting.
-Implement data-driven reporting systems to track team performance, revenue, and client activity.
-Work autonomously while reporting directly to senior management,providing business forecasts and growth strategies.

-Identify new commercial opportunities in yacht brokerage, charter, and
-Represent MyOcean at major yacht shows (Monaco, Cannes, Dubai, etc.),networking with UHNW individuals and industry leaders.
Who You Are
✔ Proven experience in yacht sales & charter—this is a must-have.
✔ Strong Central Agency (CA) experience, with a track record of securing exclusiveyachts.
✔ An extensive personal client book of UHNW clients, yacht buyers, and charter guests.
✔ A natural leader, skilled in team management, KPI setting, and structuring commercialoperations.
✔ Results-driven with a strong business growth mindset.
✔ Deep knowledge of the marine/yachting industry—essential.
✔ Fluent in English (additional languages like French, Italian, or Russian are a plus).
✔ Willing to be based in Dubai (8 months/year) and Europe (4 months/year).
✔ Willing to travel globally for industry events, yacht shows, and client meetings.
