Summary
Seeking a First Mate for a 43m Med based private sailing yacht currently in Mallorca.
Good sailing background and a positive attitude a must; you will be in charge of the whole deck department, assisted by a deck stew and the engineer.
Similar experience preferred, but open to strong, experienced, SY deckhands seeking to step up.
Yachtmaster offshore or equivalent minimum qualification.
True non-smokers only.
Note that the yacht owners like to cruise extensively and that external socialising may be limited over the season.
This is a seasonal position that could turn permanent for the right candidate.
Salary industry standard, male DTCA, but could consider a Mate/Deck-stew couple.
