A highly professional 65m Charter / Private MY is on the search for a FEMALE sous chef to join their program in Europe
Charter experience would be favourable but not essential, longevity in previous programs will be looked on favourably but will also consider chefs on very strong land-based background and culinary skills alone

- Strong skills with desert and pastries.
- Thai & Japanese cuisine skills or training beneficial
- Culinary Trained
- Superyacht & Charter experience preferred
- Longevity in previous positions
- Passionate chef who enjoys mixing things up
- Can meet dietary demands of guests & crew
- Highly organised
- STCW, Seafarer medical & Ships Cook
Start: 09th April
End: Late September. There is a chance of the role becoming permanent and joining the vessel for the Caribbean season.
