Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team aboard an 80m+ private and charter yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with Michelin-star restaurant experience and a proven track record in high-end charter operations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and exceptional organizational skills to deliver world-class dining experiences for guests and crew alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute diverse, high-quality menus tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Source and manage provisions, ensuring quality and freshness.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety in the galley.
  • Collaborate with interior and service teams to ensure seamless meal service.
  • Manage galley operations, including inventory, budget control, and provisioning logistics.
  • Provide exceptional dining experiences for both private and charter guests.

Qualifications:

  • Michelin-star restaurant experience is a must.
  • Previous experience as a Head Chef on yachts over 75m is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of provisioning in remote locations and working within a yacht environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of charter schedules and guest preferences.
  • Relevant culinary certifications and food safety qualifications.
