We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team aboard an 80m+ private and charter yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with Michelin-star restaurant experience and a proven track record in high-end charter operations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and exceptional organizational skills to deliver world-class dining experiences for guests and crew alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute diverse, high-quality menus tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Source and manage provisions, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety in the galley.
- Collaborate with interior and service teams to ensure seamless meal service.
- Manage galley operations, including inventory, budget control, and provisioning logistics.
- Provide exceptional dining experiences for both private and charter guests.
Qualifications:
- Michelin-star restaurant experience is a must.
- Previous experience as a Head Chef on yachts over 75m is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of provisioning in remote locations and working within a yacht environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of charter schedules and guest preferences.
- Relevant culinary certifications and food safety qualifications.
