Summary
ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEW 100M+ MY
We are seeking an experienced Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a stunning 100m+ superyacht for a 2:2 rotation. The successful candidate will begin late April/early May just in time for a busy summer season in the Mediterranean starting in May.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 9 interior crew members.
- Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the interior department.
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
- Extensive handover with the current Chief Stew to ensure a smooth transition.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year’s experience as Chief Stew on a 70m+ yacht or as Head of Service on a 100m+ yacht.
- 5+ years of experience within the yachting industry.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service for the owner and guests
- Experience working with large, busy yachts
Package:
- Salary: 7,000 Euros/month.
- 2:2 rotation
- Start date: late April/May (can wait for the right candidate)
